A complete lighting scheme for a 7-bedroom Cotswolds manor, including interior architectural lighting, landscape uplighting, and a smart Lutron control system.
The Brief
The client wanted a lighting design that respected the period character of the property while introducing modern comfort, scene-setting and energy efficiency. The scheme needed to feel effortless during day-to-day use, but also provide drama and flexibility for entertaining.
Our Approach
We developed a layered scheme using architectural downlighting, concealed LED details, exterior uplighting and carefully selected decorative fittings. Smart controls allow different lighting scenes to be recalled throughout the house and gardens.
The completed scheme gives the property a calm, warm and elegant atmosphere, with each area tuned for practical use, visual comfort and evening ambience.
