These are general terms for the partnership entered into when a client purchases products through our Brightbox product sites or lighting design service agreements. Individual designers may carry their own terms of work, which may apply in alignment with the following.

Your order constitutes a contractual offer, and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur when we send a dispatch email confirming that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

Parties

These Terms & Conditions are entered into between:

• Client / User — the individual or entity ordering from our site.
• Company — Brightbox Lighting Ltd, acting as an independent lighting company.
• Brand — the specified brand, manufacturer, supplier or distributor providing the product at source.

In the event that prices change between an order being placed and Brightbox Lighting Ltd processing that order and taking payment, you will be contacted prior to your order being processed with details of the new price.

Stock

Brightbox endeavours to keep items in our store in stock. However, availability may vary by supplier, manufacturer, warehouse, project demand or timing.

Orders

If purchases are cancelled prior to dispatch, you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

If you terminate your account, any non-dispatched purchases may be cancelled. Brightbox will issue refunds on ordered products where applicable and at its discretion, subject to statutory rights.

Backordered items will ship once available.
